Order processing
Orders are typically prepared within 1-2 business days, excluding US federal holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time.
US shipping
Available delivery methods and costs are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is complimentary for orders over $75 before taxes and discounts.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety, opened beauty accessory and personal-care products are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
